Keeping healthy should be high on everyone's priority however as we live busier and more stressful lives we often forget to make time for the basics. Exercising regulary, eating well balanced meals and setting aside time for rest and relaxation are most important. Avoiding too much alcohol and caffeine, along with getting a good nights sleep will also make a big difference to how you feel.

Health awareness includes checking yourself for anything out of the ordinary and if you do notice anything out of the ordinary you should check with your pharmacist or doctor as soon as possible. It may be nothing to worry about although, if it is, early diagnosis and treatment are essential.
